Residing in the lakes area since 1980, Joan found that she enjoyed the area so much, that it became the base for her real estate business, Up North Properties, as well as her home. With a business and real estate sales background, Joan is equipped to successfully complete transactions for those interested in selling or buying real estate.

In her spare time Joan enjoys fishing, golfing, boating, the culinary arts, spending time with her family, and staying involved in her community.
